CHRISTOPHER J. GULOTTA is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Gulotta has served as a Continuing Legal Education Faculty Member of law schools and bar associations including: Fordham University School of Law, Pace Law School; The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. Courses have included: Mergers and Acquisitions; Commercial Leasing; Rainmaking; Time Management; Law Office Technology; etc.   Mr. Gulotta has been a Featured Columnist for: The New York Law Journal; The National Law Journal; New York State Restaurant Association; Marketing Review; and Convenience Store News, for whom he has published articles on topics such as: Mergers & Acquisitions, New Media and Internet Law, Banking and Commercial Leasing.  Mr. Gulotta also serves on a Pro Bono basis as a lecturer and columnist at the Entrepreneurial Training Program of The Vietnam Veterans’ Leadership Program.  Mr. Gulotta is a Cum Laude graduate of Fordham University.  Prior to forming The Gulotta Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Gulotta clerked at Finley Kumble et al., and thereafter was an associate at the New York law firms of Baer Marks & Upham, and Sonnenschein Sherman & Deutsch.  Mr. Gulotta is on the Board of Directors of: (i) the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers; (ii) the Community Fund; (iii) Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corp. and is involved in local community charities and activities such as being a Travel Team Soccer Coach and League Commissioner for the Eastchester Youth Soccer Association.

DAVID R. GILLIATT is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Indiana University School of Law and a member of the Bar Association of the City of New York.  Mr. Gilliatt clerked at Arnold & Porter (Washington, D.C.) and Simpson, Thacher & Bartlet and was associated with Olwine, Connelly, Chase, O'Donnell & Weyher for eight years working on commercial litigation and antitrust cases, including, the IBM, Westinghouse Uranium and AT&T litigations.  For several years, Mr. Gilliatt was formally a partner in Gruen, Gilliatt & Livingston where he was primarily involved in commercial litigation and represented major money-center banks in commercial mortgage transactions.  Prior to joining The Gulotta Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Gilliatt was counsel to Pavelic & Levites PC, where he worked on corporate transactional matters and all aspects of commercial real estate conveyancing, construction, finance and leasing.


ALBERT M. RIZZO is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law.  Mr. Rizzo is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has lectured for and served on the Lawyers in Transition Committee.  Mr. Rizzo is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States; in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and in the Federal courts, including, the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Northern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Rizzo speaks Italian and Spanish and is very active in Italian-American organizations.  Prior to becoming Of Counsel to The Gulotta
Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Rizzo was an associate at the New York law firm of Jacobs Persinger & Parker, a Wall Street firm, engaged in the practice of commercial litigation.


ROBERT MACHSON is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, and Clark University (B.A.) Mr. Machson is a leading expert in commercial leasing and shopping center expense audits.  His clients include major retailers and national chain stores.  He is the director of the Legal Program of the National Retail Tenants Association Co-Counsel.

EDWARD A. MARCANTONIO attended Horace Mann School and Columbia University, where he received his B.A. degree (cum laude).  Ed received his juris doctor degree from Fordham Law School in 1991, where he concentrated his studies in the areas of trust, estates, and taxation and was a member of the Dean’s List.  Ed was formerly associated with the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood until October of 1994, when he became a partner in the law firm of Hermenze & Marcantonio and subsequently was appointed Of Counsel to The Gulotta Law Group, PLLC.  Ed has lectured at seminars sponsored by Cummings & Lockwood, Merrill Lynch, Lincoln Financial Advisors, Siller & Cohen Associates, the Western Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council, First Union National Bank, American Express Financial Advisors, etc.

Ed is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut, and is a member of the Westport and Stamford/Norwalk Bar Associations, as well as the Estate and Probate Sections of the Connecticut and New York Bar Association.  Ed is currently the Vice President of the Westport Bar Association, where he is also co-chairman of the Estate Planning Section.  Ed is also the co-chairman of the Estate Planning Section of the Regional Bar Association of Stamford, Norwalk, Darien and Wilton, and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County.

JEFFREY S. SCHULMAN is a graduate of Duke University School of Law (J.D. 1993 Hardt Cup Moot Court Competition) and the State University of New York at Binghamton (B.A. 1990, Phi Beta Kappa, Certificate of Outstanding Academic Honors ).  Mr. Schulman is a member of the Association of the Bar of the State of New York.  Prior to joining The Gulotta Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Schulman worked at Druckman, Raphan, & Sinel as Supervising Attorney of the Real Estate Mortgage department.  In addition, Mr. Schulman also was Claims Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance for three years.  Mr. Schulman has over five years of experience in real estate, banking, title and real estate finance.


James Clune, Esq. (New York Law School ’92-Cum Laude), has been practicing real estate and banking law for over ten (10) years and is extremely experienced in all aspects of real estate and residential mortgage transactions.

TERESA UMBACA GULOTTA has significant experience (over 12 years) working with lending institutions, developers, cooperative and condominium sponsors, transfer agents and individuals purchasing and selling their residences.  Mrs. Gulotta has represented many of the major residential lending institutions.  Mrs. Gulotta also has extensive real estate title review and closing experience. Mrs. Gulotta is a graduate of Fordham University and is fluent in Italian.


Kristina Murphy Operations Manager, has been coordinating residential loan closings for three (5) years. Attended Berkley College for Business Management and received a Certificate for Paralegal.

Jeffrey Czerkies Closing Process Manager, has been coordinating and conducting residential loan closings for over ten (10) years.
